We’re still young, having only launched last month, and we are experiencing a few growing pains. We know this can be frustrating; we hear you and we’re on it. Before providing you with a status update, I want to thank you for your support of Sling TV.
We know some users on Xbox One are receiving error messages when accessing Sling TV on their console. Some may also see errors that begin with “8-.” We’re aware of these issues and are working hard to resolve them as soon as possible. Here are a couple things we’ve already fixed:
AMEX credit card number invalid on Xbox One – If you had trouble yesterday using an American Express card as a form of payment while creating your account on Xbox One, we want to let you know that this fixed. If you do see any issues, please contact customer care, and we will be happy to set up an account for you.
Error 12-11 on Xbox One – We updated our servers to resolve this error. Please re-attempt to log in to your Sling TV account.
